He trained in prestigious establishments such as Les Airelles in Courchevel where he worked for 12 years, but also at the Plaza Athénée in Paris alongside Alain Ducasse and finally as chef at La Messardière in Saint-Tropez.

A nice background, which pushed him during the health crisis to fly on his own by creating with his wife Laurence their catering service. Coming from the world of luxury hotel and restaurant business, the two partners in life as well as on stage decided to build a production kitchen laboratory in their own home... Here, the products and the land are honored and the couple delivers you all the authenticity of a gastronomic cuisine. A lot of heart, a touch of inventiveness with always the deep desire to fulfill as closely as possible the desires of the fine palate.
