What does a healthy brunch look like?

Between breakfast and lunch, brunch is mostly an excuse to make a great meal that mixes salty and sweet.

How to enjoy it without overloading yourself?

The first change in brunch is the pastry: croissant, pain au chocolat, brioche... All these tempting sweets are traps. We prefer homemade waffles, ultra-balanced if we make them with apple sauce instead of sugar and butter, a slice of carrot cake or banana bread. Starchy foods, ok, but with fruit is better!

The second thing to avoid is cold cuts: grilled bacon and other variations are not very digestible, not only for your figure, but also for your health. We prefer a boiled egg, grilled chicken fillets...

Because of the incompressible fixed costs, our organization services are adapted for groups of 20 guests minimum. We do not provide services of chefs at home.
