They coordinate: dinners, shows, concerts, festivals, weddings, private parties or charity events. For this, it is present on the D-day and the missions of each professional, from the concept to the practical realization.
• Understand the requirements of each event
• Prepare the event taking into account technical constraints and deadlines
• Book the venues and schedule the speakers
• Send a brief to suppliers
• Verify the furniture and technical needs of the event
• Plan reminders and other mentions of the event
• Create a timeline from the list of tasks and schedule each task according to the speakers..
